For smaller meetings of up to ten delegates you will have the use of the recently refurbished state of the art executive boardroom, The Eaton Suite, and its adjoining private reception area for just £399 (plus VAT) for the day to include three servings of tea and coffee with appropriate nibbles chosen by chef and a working lunch served in the boardroom. Also included is use of the suite’s up to the minute audio visual equipment including video conferencing*, giant plasma screens and WiFi plus a fully stocked soft drinks fridge.

For larger numbers of delegates The Westminster Suite is the ideal space and the ‘Inclusive25’ package provides everything you need for a full day meeting in five star luxury at an incredible price of £999 (plus VAT) per day.
The package includes use of a dedicated meeting room in the stylish Westminster Suite, three servings of tea and coffee with chef’s choice of light refreshments and a delicious working lunch.
The Westminster Suite ‘Inclusive25’ package price is for one to twenty five delegates and is inclusive of VAT.
