Transfers and Directions
Guests have a choice of arriving at the front of the hotel and having their car valet-parked or arriving at the rear of the hotel via the multi-storey car park. Conference and banqueting guests should arrive at the car park on Level 2A.
From all directions, follow signs to Chester, then City Centre.
To the Front of the Hotel
- Follow signs for Eastgate and Foregate, which will bring you to the inner ring road and onto the one-way system
- Follow signs for City Centre Hotels
- You will reach a barrier opposite the Town Hall and Cathedral
- A permit will be issued to you and you can drive to the entrance of The Chester Grosvenor and Spa where you will be greeted by the Concierge and your car will be parked for you
To the Car Park
- Follow signs to City Centre, which will lead you onto the inner ring road
- Follow signs for the Grosvenor Shopping Centre car park, which is situated on Newgate Street and enter
- The hotel entrance is on Level 2A
The Chester Grosvenor can offer the facility to have guests' vehicles cleaned and valeted from £17.50. Please arrange this with Concierge or the Front Desk upon check-in. As part of this service, cars are hand washed and chamois dried, upholstry and carpets vacuumed, windows, mirrors, dashboard and console cleaned and the interior air freshened. Additional valeting options are available.
