Holistic Body and Soul 'Rituals' include:

• Aromatherapy Back Massage - £45.00 for 30 minutes
  A relaxing massage using aromatherapy essential oils to stimulate your senses and relieve stress from your back, neck and shoulders.
• Stress Recovery Massage - £80.00 for 80 minutes, £65.00 for 60 minutes or £55.00 for 50 minutes
  Eliminate stress by balancing mind, body and soul with an aromatherapy massage combining pressure points and face and scalp massage.
• *Reflexology - £65.00 for 60 minutes
  The feet are a map of the body’s functions. This truly relaxing therapy works on specific pressure points on the feet to aid healing and relaxation.
• *Aroma Stone Therapy - £85.00 for 75 minutes
  Warm Basalt stones melt away tension. Therapeutic heat is slowly released into the muscle for a completely new body experience. Small stones are placed on key energy points, whilst luxuriously warmed oils are massaged deeply into the body for maximum relaxation.

  Tailor-made to suit your individual needs this deep rhythmic pressure massage gives the whole body a vigorous workout.
• Darphin Pre-Natal Body Firmer - £75.00 for 60 minutes
  Proactive nourishment treatment to promote supple skin. The custom gentle massage maximises the absorption of nourishing creams. Skin is infused with natural, elastin-preserving protection to reveal a smoothed, firmed, glowing form.
• REN bespoke Body Polish - £65.00 for 60 minutes
