at The Chester Grosvenor
Situated on the first floor, 'The Gallery' is a space where guests can admire the magnificent Georgian chandelier, paintings and the grandeur of the main staircase whilst relaxing and enjoying afternoon tea.
The chandelier bought from London's Junior Carlton Club in 1966 for £15,000 has 28,000 pieces of crystal and weighs half a tonne!
The paintings on the walls around 'The Gallery' are owned by the family of The Duke of Westminster. 'Doncaster', the painting of the horse which overlooks 'The Gallery' was painted in 1875 by British artist, Charles Augustus Henry Lutyens.
