***IMPORTANT TRAFFIC INFORMATION FOR VISITORS TO CHESTER***
Chester City Centre is undergoing significant road works from the beginning of November 2020 for approximately one year. As part of these works, the inner city ring road will become for most part, a one way clock-wise system for all traffic.
Due to the ongoing need for social distancing due to Covid 19, we regret that we are no longer able to offer our Valet Parking service.
Overnight self-parking will continue to be available using the Grosvenor Shopping Centre car park adjacent to the hotel. This require guests to make payment directly to the car park which is operating an ANPR system. The current rate for parking is £10.00 for 24 hours.
The postcode for the Grosvenor Shopping Car Park is CH1 1EA, please remember that from November the car park can only be accessed via the clock wise ring road system, by taking Vicars Lane into Pepper Street and then turning right into Newgate Street.
ENTERING THE HOTEL
The hotel may be accessed directly from level 2 of the car park. Please ring the doorbell for entry and follow the signs to our Welcome Desk situated in the Westminster suite. You will then be directed to check in or to your dining or spa reservation.
Please remember to wear a face mask in all public areas of the hotel and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
NEED EXTRA ASSISTANCE?
Guests who need special assistance with luggage can call the hotel up to 24 hours in advance of their reservation and arrange to drive to the main entrance where Concierge will assist with luggage and then direct guests to the Grosvenor Shopping Centre car park.
Please have your registration number available at the time of calling to book this service as you will need access through the security barrier on Northgate Street. The postcode to The Chester Grosvenor front of the hotel is CH1 1LT.
