How to find us
**Please note there is no access to The Grosvenor Shopping Centre Car Park on Sunday 1st December 2024 between 9.30am and 11.30am due to the Chester Santa dash, please bear this in mind when planning your journey**
PARKING
Overnight self-parking is available using the Grosvenor Shopping Centre car park adjacent to the hotel. This requires guests to make payment directly to the car park which is operating an ANPR system. The current rate for parking is £10.00 for 24 hours.
To reach The Grosvenor Shopping Car Park please use the post code CH1 1DE, this will take you to the entrance on Newgate Street. The hotel may be accessed directly from level 2 of the car park. Please ring the doorbell for entry and follow the signs to reception.

VALET PARKING
Valet parking from the main entrance is available at a rate of £25.00 per night, there is limited availability and so this service must be pre-booked 48 hours prior to arrival, please use the post code CH1 1LT to take you to the front of the hotel. Please note, from the 11th November to 24th December there will be no access to the front of the hotel by car, during this period our pre-bookable valet service will operate from the rear entrance of the hotel on level 2 of The Grosvenor Shopping Centre carpark (CH1 1DE).
Electric vehicles - A 7kW charging point is available at a rate of £40 per night. Please note this service is only available for guests with pre-booked valet parking.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The Chester Grosvenor is committed to a more sustainable future and actively encourages the use of public transport where possible. The hotel is 15 minute walk from Chester train station and 7 minute walk to Chester Bus Interchange.
