Introducing the delicious Rhubarb and Ginger cocktail, one of the latest additions to La Brasserie’s cocktail menu. Enjoy this cocktail at home by simply following our Mixologist’s recipe.
- 25ml Frobishers cranberry juice
- Fresh lavender
- 20ml Briottet framboise liqueur
- Fresh ginger
- 50ml Warner Edwards Rhubarb Gin
- 10ml Sugar syrup
Pour the cranberry juice into a Boston shaker, add 2 sprigs of lavender and stir gently into the cranberry juice. Strain the lavender out then add fresh ginger and muddle together. Add the sugar syrup, framboise liqueur and the rhubarb gin. Shake and strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe and for a professional finishing touch, garnish with a rose petal or fresh lavender.
