Following the news that Chester has been named the world’s first sustainable palm oil city, we have been working closely with Chester Zoo to expand our existing environmental policies and become a sustainable partner.
To coincide with this, we have launched an art competition for children in the locality on the topic of a Cheshire’s sustainable future. Children are invited to draw what their hometown would look like in one hundred years to come in a ‘green’ future. Entrants are encouraged to be as creative as possible in depicting a futuristic, environmentally friendly vision of Cheshire.
