The safety of our guests and employees is of paramount importance to us. We will do everything that we can to ensure that our guests have a safe and pleasant stay.
Staff and guests whom are unwell with any symptoms of fever, flu or respiratory problems are asked to call 111 through the NHS helpline, in line with the current Public Health England advice.
Regular staff briefings are being held to reinforce our existing practices and rules for good personal hygiene and the use of personal protective equipment for staff. The cleaning process within our guest rooms has been reviewed to include additional deep cleaning measures and there is increased sanitisation of contact point such as door handles, push plates, lift buttons and all public areasurfaces.
Guests can book with confidence. We are aware booking a hotel room in the coming months may be more of a commitment than usual and would like to ensure our guests book with peace of mind. Book to stay at The Chester Grosvenor and cancel up to 12:00pm the day prior without incurring any cancellation charges.
We will remain vigilant and will work closely with the authorities for the health and safety of all our guests and staff, communicating the most up to date advice and measures to be taken.
