We are proud to be renowned for our exceptional customer service and our dedicated team are what makes the hotel so special.
Over the recent weeks we have seen an increasing number of staff across the hotel, restaurant and kitchens being asked by NHS Track and Trace to self-isolate.
The safety and wellbeing of our staff and guests is our number one priority and we fully support those staff being asked to isolate. Unfortunately this does mean we are now no longer able to operate across all areas of the hotel and still maintain our usual high standards of service consistently. We have therefore taken the difficult decision to close Simon Radley at The Chester Grosvenor from today and reopen just as soon as we are able.
Our team are currently contacting all our existing bookings in priority of reservation date order.
We apologise to our guests whose bookings have been affected and reassure you that the decision was not made lightly, however the safety of our guest and teams is our first priority.
