It is with great sadness that we announce that, following the British Government's most recent announcement, The Chester Grosvenor Hotel, Spa and Restaurants are temporarily closed until further notice.

Any reservations between 21st March and 30th April 2020 will automatically be cancelled. Reservations beyond this date will be contacted in due course. Any reservations with deposits or that have been purchased in advance, we hope that you will be able to transfer to an alternative date with a complimentary upgrade, with our thanks. If you are unable to transfer your reservation and would like a refund, this will be processed as soon as possible following on from the date of your original stay.

For any gift experiences due to expire before 30th April 2020, please be assured that we are happy to extend this complimentary through to 30th September 2020.

During the period of closure we shall keep in touch with our guests via the hotel website -www.ChesterGrosvenor.com and social media channels.

This is a uncertain time for our country and we greatly value the loyalty, support and kind messages of all of our guests during this unprecedented time.
