Elliot Hill

Executive Chef

Elliot joined The Chester Grosvenor in January 2022, tasked with bringing in a creative flair that complements the hotel’s reputation for hospitality excellence. Alongside the 3 AA Rosette restaurant Arkle, Elliot oversees 2 AA Rosette restaurant La Brasserie, as well as afternoon tea and banqueting functions.

Aga Szopa

Food and Beverage Manager

Aga oversees the hotel's complete food and beverage operation, from the 3 AA Rosette restaurant Arkle to our renowned afternoon tea service and glamorous 2 AA Rosette La Brasserie and Champagne Bar.

Tracey Wilkinson

Meetings, Events, Sales and Operations Manager

Tracey joined Team Grosvenor in March 2016 and oversees the entire meetings and events operations. 

“We take pride in offering a premium events experience that goes beyond expectations. A dedicated banqueting kitchen, five star service and award-winning entertainment guarantee a fabulous celebration."


Boris Filip

Beverage Manager and Head Sommelier

Boris has been an invaluable member of our team for eight years, playing a pivotal role in our daily operations. His responsibilities encompass the procurement of beverages across the entire hotel, including two restaurants and our events department.

Notably, Boris is a seasoned professional in his field, holding prestigious qualifications such as the WSET Level 3 and the esteemed French Wine Scholar certification - an achievement that underscores his expertise in French wines. Additionally, his certification as a Sake sommelier further exemplifies his dedication to mastering diverse facets of the beverage industry.

Callum Maclellan

Head Chef La Brasserie

Callum has recently been promoted to Head Chef of La Brasserie having previously held the role of Senior Sous Pastry Chef.
Callum is committed to using sustainable foods and firmly believes that the British Isles boasts some of the finest produce in the world.

Danielle Lorne

Front of House Manager

Danielle joined Team Grosvenor in 2015 and has enjoyed working her way through the different roles within the Front of House Team. Danielle now, as Front of House Manager, oversees operations including concierge, nights, and reservations.
